This Shipping and Delivery Policy describes how Niravana delivers services and any physical products to our clients. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Niravana primarily provides digital services including web development, mobile application development, AI solutions, and branding services. As such, most of our deliverables are provided digitally. This policy outlines how we deliver our services and any applicable physical items.
For digital services such as website development, mobile applications, AI solutions, and branding services:
Project Initiation: Services commence within 2-3 business days after contract signing and initial payment receipt.
Milestone Deliveries: Deliverables are provided according to the project timeline agreed upon in the Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement.
Final Delivery: Complete project deliverables are provided digitally via secure file transfer, cloud storage, or direct deployment to client infrastructure.
Access Credentials: For web-based solutions, access credentials and documentation are delivered via secure email within 24 hours of project completion.

In rare cases where physical products or materials are part of the service agreement (such as branded merchandise, hardware devices, or printed materials):
Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days from dispatch
Express Delivery: 2-3 business days from dispatch
Shipping Carriers: We use reputable carriers such as Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, and India Post
Delivery Time: 10-15 business days depending on destination country
Customs: International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient
For physical shipments, tracking information will be provided via email once the order has been dispatched. You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided through the carrier's website.
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or refusal to accept delivery:

Once an order has been dispatched, address changes may not be possible. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before confirming your order. Contact us immediately if you need to update your delivery address before dispatch.
We will notify you promptly if there are any delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events. For digital services, delays will be communicated as per the project communication plan established in your service agreement.
For digital deliverables, we require client confirmation of receipt and acceptance according to the acceptance criteria defined in the project agreement. For physical shipments, delivery is considered complete upon successful delivery confirmation from the shipping carrier.
