This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Niravana accepts cancellations and processes refunds for our services. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Niravana provides customized digital services including web development, mobile application development, AI solutions, and branding services. Due to the bespoke nature of our work and the resources committed to each project, our cancellation and refund policy is structured to be fair to both our clients and our team.
If you wish to cancel a project before work has commenced (i.e., before any design, development, or creative work has started):
Within 24 hours of payment: Full refund minus payment processing fees (typically 2-3% of transaction amount)
After 24 hours but before project kickoff: 80% refund to cover administrative and setup costs
Once the project has commenced (kickoff meeting completed and work initiated), cancellation charges apply based on project progress:
Up to 25% project completion: 30% of total project value is non-refundable
26% to 50% project completion: 50% of total project value is non-refundable
51% to 75% project completion: 75% of total project value is non-refundable
Over 75% project completion: No refund available
For ongoing maintenance, support, or subscription-based services:
To cancel a project or service:
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
Non-delivery of Service: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the timeline specified in the Statement of Work (SOW) without valid reason or client-caused delays
Material Breach of Contract: If we fundamentally fail to meet the specifications agreed upon in the project contract
Duplicate Payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same service due to a technical error
Service Not as Described: If the final deliverable significantly deviates from the approved scope and specifications

Request Review: 5-7 business days to review and approve/deny the refund request
Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
Credit to Account: The refund will be credited to the original payment method used. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5-10 business days to reflect the credit in your account

If a project is delayed or stalled due to client-side issues (non-responsiveness, delayed feedback, failure to provide required materials), and the project remains inactive for more than 60 days:
