The governance gate: redacting PII and PHI by default

“Please don’t send Aadhaar numbers to the vendor” is not a control. A gate that strips identifiers before the request leaves your network is.
Default deny
Treat every tool call as untrusted until the governance layer says otherwise. Healthcare messaging and clinic voice products are unforgiving here — and should be.
